Ingredients

  • 1 cups semaiya


  • 500 gms full cream milk


  • 5 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp coco powder


  • 1/4 cups dark chocolate compound chopped


  • 1/2 tsp ghee


  • 2 tbsp pistachios and almonds

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semaiyas.
  • Add milk in a heavy bottomed kadai and boil for 10 minutes in low flame.
  • Add coco powder, dark compound, sugar and again boil for 5 minutes.
  • Now add the ghee roasted semaiyas and boil until everything is well combined.
